Gary Harkins just oozes class looks like he will be our main man this season also looks like we will have a few players fighting for the man of the match awards unlike last season.

Yeah I agree Harkins looks class, I wonder how Jocky is going to be able to keep so many new players happy. With such a good depth of squad for the new season it will be difficult as he can't play them all. Interestingly though, there were only 3 new outfield players on at the start against morton however it was great to see the so called sleeping giant (5000 home fans) at the game. Things were a bit dodgy for a while but the Dees looked really good in patches, pity to hear the boo boys at half time. It will take time for them to get used to each other but I hope it is sooner rather than later as it is very important to get off to a good start. Hopefully we can get a result against Rovers this week then I think the big one is our next home game v Inverness CT, I believe it could be between us and them for the title this year, what do you think?

There was a bit of a debate on the bus on the way home after the Morton game as to how we select our player of the year. Should it be the player who wins the most bus votes each week, or the player who records the most votes in total over the season. This is the place for you to have you say!!! My vote is for the player who gets the most votes over the season not who wins the bus each week.

I look forward to reading your reply.......................

if you go buy the one who gets th most votes it could be an unfair advantage as you might have a full bus one week all voting fr 1 player and then the next game only a handfull turns up for the bus so i would still keep it as the most game votes on the bus each game.

Have to admit it's a fair point, it is difficult to decide on the correct method. I wonder what other members think? it would be nice to hear their point of view. :?:
